Core concepts

Product model overview: workspace, domains, backlinks, states, quotas, and notification events.

Workspace

The workspace is the main operating boundary. It groups domains, backlinks, members, alerts, reports, integrations, and shared settings.

Domain

A domain is the asset you want to protect. You can manage multiple domains inside one workspace as long as your plan allows it.

Monitored backlink

Each backlink stores a relationship between:

  • source URL
  • target URL
  • target domain
  • optional category
  • state and health signals

Visible states

StateMeaning
liveLink is present and there are no critical signals.
indexedLink is present and confirmed as indexed.
no_indexedLink exists but is not indexed or is no longer indexed.
troubleLink may still be present, but health is critical.
lostLink is gone or the system now treats it as lost.

Quotas

Plans can limit:

  • monitored backlinks
  • domains
  • seats
  • indexer credits
  • validator evaluations
  • scheduled imports
  • integrations and API access

Getting started

Recommended first-session flow to get a live workspace and begin monitoring backlinks immediately.

Onboarding and domains

How to complete onboarding, create the first domain, and avoid common setup mistakes.
